IT'S MODELS은 2004년 1월 설립 이래, 2025년 현재 23년간 국내외 모델 및 배우 캐스팅 시장에서 전문성을 쌓아온 종합 에이전시입니다.
설립 초기에는 외국인 모델 전문 에이전시로 시작하였으며, 2012년부터는 한국 모델의 해외 진출을 본격적으로 추진하며 글로벌 네트워크를 확장해왔습니다. 이 과정을 통해 구축된 한국 모델 데이터베이스를 기반으로 국내 광고 및 패션 시장에서도 활발하게 활동하고 있으며, 현재는 외국 모델 부문 23년, 한국 모델 부문 14년의 업력을 보유하고 있습니다.
Founded in January 2004, IT'S MODELS is a comprehensive talent agency with 23 years of experience in the global modeling and acting industry as of 2025.
We began as a foreign model agency, and since 2012, have expanded our global network by actively promoting Korean models to international markets. Through this, we have built a strong Korean model database and have since expanded into the domestic advertising and fashion sectors. Today, we boast 23 years of experience in managing foreign models and 14 years with Korean models.

국내에서는 대기업 인하우스팀, 대형 광고대행사, 메이저급 프로덕션들과 협업하여 TV 광고, 지면 및 디지털 광고, 각종 온·오프라인 촬영과 행사를 진행하고 있으며, OTT 플랫폼, 영화, 드라마 등 영상 콘텐츠 분야에도 한국 및 외국 배우의 주조연, 이미지 단역, 보조 출연 캐스팅을 전문적으로 수행하고 있습니다.
해외 역시 다수의 광고대행사, 프로덕션, 모델 에이전시와의 긴밀한 협업을 통해 글로벌 캐스팅 및 콘텐츠 제작 업무를 함께하고 있습니다.
In Korea, we work closely with in-house teams at major corporations, top-tier advertising agencies, and leading production companies to cast for TV commercials, print and digital advertisements, and various on/offline campaigns and events. We also specialize in casting Korean and foreign actors in lead, supporting, image-based, and extra roles for OTT platforms, films, and television dramas.
Internationally, we collaborate with numerous advertising agencies, production companies, and modeling agencies to handle global casting and content production.
